This policy explains how Pinaka ("we", "us") handles your information in our app. We keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

• Phone number — to sign you in with a one-time code
• Name — the display name you choose
• Content you create in the app
• A notification token and time zone — to deliver reminders

If you allow contacts access, matching is done on your device only — your contacts are never uploaded to us.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send notifications you've enabled, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Ads

The app is free and supported by ads (Google AdMob). You can turn off personalized ads in the app's settings.

Retention

Data you delete is removed within about 30 days. You can delete your account, and all associated data, at any time from within the app.

Your rights

You can access and download your data, correct it, delete it, and opt out of personalized ads — all from within the app. For privacy requests email privacy@thepinaka.io; users in India may also contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@thepinaka.io.

The app is intended for adults (18+).
